3. User Types and Responsibilities
3.1 Vehicle Owners
Vehicle owners use KritKarr to book automotive services.
You must provide accurate vehicle information and service requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring vehicle accessibility for scheduled services.
3.2 KritKarr Heroes (Mobile Mechanics)
Heroes must maintain valid certifications and insurance.
Heroes agree to provide services professionally and safely.
Heroes must accurately represent their skills and availability.
Background checks may be required and must be passed.
3.3 KritKarr Hubs (Service Centers)
Hubs must maintain valid business licenses and insurance.
Hubs are responsible for their employees and subcontractors.
Hubs must accurately represent their capabilities and pricing.
Hubs must maintain safe and professional facilities.
4. Service Usage and Restrictions
KritKarr connects vehicle owners with automotive service providers.
We do not directly provide automotive services.
You may not use our platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
You may not interfere with or disrupt our services.
You may not attempt to bypass our booking or payment systems.
5. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are subject to provider availability and acceptance.
Cancellation policies vary by provider and service type.
Late cancellations may incur fees as specified by the provider.
No-shows may result in full service charges and account restrictions.
6. Payment and Billing
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
KritKarr may collect payments on behalf of service providers.
Service fees and commissions apply as outlined in provider agreements.
Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Refunds are subject to our refund policy and provider agreements.
7. Reviews and Feedback
Users may leave reviews for completed services.
Reviews must be honest, accurate, and respectful.
We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.
Fake reviews or manipulation of ratings is prohibited.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
KritKarr is a platform connecting users with service providers.
We are not liable for the quality of services provided.
Service providers are independent contractors, not our employees.
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific provider.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for platform access.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify KritKarr from claims arising from your use.
This includes violations of these terms or applicable laws.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
10. Intellectual Property
KritKarr owns all rights to our platform and content.
You retain rights to content you submit but grant us license to use it.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Termination does not affect existing booking obligations.
Some provisions survive termination as specified herein.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through our support system.
Unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration.
Small claims court actions are permitted where applicable.
